At my core, I’m a thought leader, educator, coach, and wellbeing advocate. In 2009, I founded The Work Well Group with one simple mission: to help companies create workplaces where people can do their best work, and actually enjoy doing it!

A Dream Job

From the time I cracked open my first Little Golden Book until now, learning and teaching are when I’m at my best. My days are filled with teaching workshops, executive coaching, and creating courses that help people improve their personal development skills. (The bonus is, I still get to read A LOT of books!)
